Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on CaseBuddy.com.au (the “Website”) and your use of the Website itself. 
CaseBuddy.com.au is the trading name of a company based in Queensland, Australia. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Victoria, Australia shall any such dispute arise.
In these terms “we” refers to CaseBuddy.com.au and “you” and “your” refers to any visitor to the Website or any CaseBuddy.com.au customer.

Stock
Everything is in stock at to our Shenzhen, Hong Kong or Dromana fulfilment teams. 
Please note that some of the items are not available for shipping from Dromana or are waiting for stock in transit. In these circumstances items, to expedite receiving your order, items will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. If the item is shipped from Hong Kong shipping time will vary up to 7-10 business days.

If an item is unavailable to ship within a few days an email will be sent to notify the customer and a refund can be given.

If a FREE SHIPPING discount code is used all orders will be shipped by standard mail including tracking. Express shipping option is not available when using FREE SHIPPING.
Payments
Our secure buying system is authorised via PayPal or eway (VISA, MasterCard), one of the most respected web payment systems; as used on Ebay. Choose your product and click the add to cart button. You will be taken to the payment page. We use the PayPal or eWay system which takes payment directly from your bank a/c via your card details. Australia Post postage is included in the final price. All prices are in australian dollar including GST. If you decide to cancel during the process, you will go to a cancellation page so you can be certain your order is not proceeding. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a transaction.

Shipping

Express orders are shipped via DHL Express unless you live in an area they deem rural and it will ship via EMS.

Economy shipping offers limited tracking usually only within China and Hong Kong. Australia Post does not publish the information to the public tracking systems. You can request it via their Facebook/Twitter accounts.

Where free delivery is applicable, goods will be posted using economy/budget methods such as China Post, Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post.

CaseBuddy Pty Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to have the Goods delivered to the Customer or its designated agent as agreed between the parties pursuant to the Order on or before the estimated delivery date but CaseBuddy Pty Ltd shall not be liable for
     (i) any failure to deliver; or
     (ii) delay in delivery for any reason; or
     (iii) any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or except to the extent that such damage was caused by the negligent act or omission of CaseBuddy Pty Ltd, including such damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the Goods.
(b) The parties acknowledge that any delivery date prescribed under the order or CaseBuddy Pty Ltd  is an estimate of the expected delivery time and in any interpretation is not a guaranteed delivery time.
Problems
In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please submit a support ticket via our contact page. If your order has taken longer than 28 days we will issue a refund.
Australia Post require 15 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.
- Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out. 
- We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address. 
- We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re posting.

Returns
We can only accept non faulty items returned to us within reasonable time and in resaleable condition. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Please thoroughly inspect any item your order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect. 
For return to sender (RTS) or delivery refused, there will be 25% restocking fee from the subtotal. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We can only accept items returned to us within reasonable time from the date your order was purchased. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. To ensure no loss or damage in the mail, all returns must be sent registered with tracking and tracking code must be quoted via email.

Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unused condition. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or the incorrect item was shipped.

For return to sender (RTS), wrong/partial address supplied, delivery refused returns, used items, there will be 25% restocking fee from the subtotal. Shipping costs are not refundable.

For wrong choice, changed mind or otherwise, there will be 25% restocking fee from the subtotal. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All postage is non-refundable.

Faults
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please submit a support ticket via our contact page. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

ACL
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Errors
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please submit a support ticket via our contact page.. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 7 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Australia’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from CaseBuddy for a limited refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have canceled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Special Conditions 
CaseBuddy.com.au will not accept any responsibility for any variation in shade, material or composition shown within our website. Canceled orders are only permitted with prior authorisation of CaseBuddy.com.au. We have the right to refuse to accept a canceled order for any reason and as such the customer is responsible for all cost and the items are deemed non-returnable for any reason.
Website colours should be used as a guide only.
 
 
Fraud, High Risk or other customers
We reserve the right to refuse orders not originating from Australia or Australian credit card holders due to high fraud risk. Other than New Zealand, CaseBuddy does not ship internationally.

Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by CaseBuddy.com.au. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission. All commercial product licenses and rights are owned by CaseBuddy.com.au © 2015.
 
Warranty Guidelines
CaseBuddy hereby warrants to the purchaser that all parts are serviceable and functional. If a part is found to be defective within 30 days from date of invoice, CaseBuddy shall at its discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund. Parts not defective, which are returned for any reason, (e.g. ordered wrong year, wrong model, changed mind) may be subject to a restocking charge.
Log a warranty ticket at tickets@casebuddy.com.au and it will be addressed in queue.

All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt or invoice number.  The warranty will be void if the parts are not returned in the same condition they are sold. We shall not be responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase. CaseBuddy is not responsible for buyer’s error. No warranty or reimbursements will be given for delay, labour, mileage, or any other costs in

CaseBuddy products are suitable for home or light commercial use. Signs of industrial or intensive commercial use, neglect and malice will exclude any warranty claim.

Right to alter Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
